Building Back - MinDA Director for Investment Promotion and Public Affairs Romeo Montenegro (4th from right) turns over carpentry and farming tools from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and MinDA to Davao Oriental Governor Corazon Malanyaon, in a simple ceremony yesterday. The assorted tools amounting to almost P1 million, will aid the communities affected by Typhoon Pablo in their debris cleaning and infrastructure repair – a priority of the province under the “Building Back Better” program. Same set of tools will also be turned over to Compostela Valley Province within the week.
